Anyone built with Schumacher Homes in Ohio?

I am an agent in Pittsburgh that specializes in New Construction. Schumacher Homes is moving in this way and I am just wondering if anyone has heard of them or built with them. If so, how are they to work with and how are their homes? The website is great but I wanted a more personal reference.
