Carpet but if the floors are in great shape, save the money because I doubt nice hardwood floors would deter a sale.

If you know and like the room mates then that is the option I would suggest. I remodeled and rented my basement out to friends for the first 7 years in my first home. Any time you can use someone elses money, you should. It helps to have a private entrance and area though so you have your space.

Does anybody know how these builders scout for property? Or how you contact the right people to present property?

How about who will go all the way the other way..... Pirates as usual. They are pathetic!!!! I don't know what we'd do without the Steelers and Pens! How about this.... there are teenagers in Pittsburgh that never saw their baseball team have a winning season in their entire life! And thats with a new stadium. I think they better get with the steroids program.

I have only tried Firefox other than Explorer and I had trouble with some sites working properly with Firefox. It's a shame because Firefox offered neat add ons.
