crowdfunding with funds from foreign investors

I would like to starting an initiative to pool together loaned funds from foreign investors for the purposes of buying rental properties here in the U.S. My questions are:

1. I know there are regulations on money going out of the U.S. but is there a problem with soliciting incoming foreign funds?

2. Does anyone have any guidance on how I should approach this or expertise in this area?

Hi @Ana Jolie

Our group has worked with many foreign investors over the years and I don't believe there are any issues with money coming in from investors for the purpose of buying real estate.

I also don't believe there to be any issues money going out as long as distributed by a property manager.

Thanks for reading and have a great day.
