Looking to work with a Chicago area investor friendly realtor. Currently concentrating on the pretty house market in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. Willing to look at REO's, short sales and regular listings. Have closed 4 deals in the last 45 days and looking to ramp up buying machine but need a realtor that doesn't mind working with creative techniques. Looking in the price range from $125K to $950K.
