Are you doing just the Gap loan or is this a combo program to provide the 1st and the Gap. What are the terms on the Gap loan? Sounds like a great program and I would like more information.

From your earlier post I wanted to know if you could explain how the program for funding auction properties works? Also is your lender doing loans nationwide or just in California?

What states are you looking to lend in and what is your preferred deal structure? What interest rate and or will you do 50/50 profit split on rehabs if your lender provides 100% of the LTC.
