Had a conversation with a out of state investor and he told me will probably hold off on any more buying for his portfolio till the end of the year because he has not been able to rent out a couple of his properties as fast as he has in the past. He's considering doing a couple of fix and flips till then but a little hesitant because of bank lending still being so tight. Curious to know what others are seeing with investing in the Jacksonville,FL market.
