Great question @Jennifer L. will flippilot be the next generation of REIMobile since you referred to it as 2.0 or will it be a different platform altogether more focused on flipping properties with the REIMoblie lead management features added into it?

I have been wholesaling for quite some time and in my experience newbie wholesalers tend to not divulge there position because of fear that a buyer will not deal with them. Also the idea behind the 15 day contract period I would assume is an incentive for the sellers to do business with them because they can supposedly close quickly. Whenever a deal comes to me outside of my normal marketing channels I always ask the person with the deal 1) are you wholesaling this property and 2) If you are wholesaling the property are you direct to seller? I found it to be easier to just locate my own deals and if I happen to deal with another wholesaler it is someone I have known for awhile.

Interesting to see how home sales have been increasing modestly this year and then look at the market news and see the subject title above. How much time do we have before that markets looks to make another shift Downward? Here in Jacksonville the buy and hold continues to thrive and looks to stay that way a couple more years.

6K is quite high for CC. You must have made the buyer responsible for both A-B and B-C cc.

Congratulations @Account Closed on your success. We have a great market for cash flow here. Looks like you have rentals in a pretty good area. That side of town has some nice A and B class type properties.
