I'm really starting to like BP the more I visit. However, as a newbie, I have been reading over the the ultimate beginner's guide to real estate investing that BP offers and I have been doing some other readings on my own and I know at my stage, having a firm financial intelligence foundation is of most importance. So with this being said, what are some good places to start? I have already been reading books like Rich Dad Poor Dad, Rich Dad Guide to investing, CashFlow Quadrant, Real Estate is The Gold in Your Future, Rich Dad How To Buy Your First Investment Property, The Richest Man in Babylon, and Think and Grow Rich. So are there better books that I should be reading so that I can come into "contact" more with the direct conceptual terms of real estate investing (Buy-and-Hold for CASHFLOW)? Also do you know where I could possibly find a list or rather compilation of terms and concepts that are important to know for buy-and-hold real estate investors? I hope to hear from you all soon!

Hey @Ken Morris like this? :http://www.biggerpockets.com/renewsblog/2013/04/14...

That's for the books, anyways! :) As for a glossary - we'd love to do that soon, but haven't had the chance yet. Hopefully soon!
