Starting out and looking for a wholesale mentor/partner
Hello everyone, I am new to real estate investment and interested in finding a mentor/partner in wholesaling. I would like to start my real estate investment in wholesaling and eventually venture into flipping. I have been reading forums and listening to podcasts here on BP and is ready to make the leap. Reside in central NC (Sanford) so I am surrounded by possible markets.

Just start working at it ... finding deals, talking with people, and making connections. Find local people on BP and take them for coffee. Hear their stories, understand their business plans, and ask how you can help. You have to be able to contribute to their success to build your own if you want great long term partners.
