I need a great handyman in San Antonio

I am a partner on 2 commercial investments in San Antonio.  I am looking for a great maintenance guy/handy man who could work 20-30 hours a week in northern San Antonio. I need some one who is dependable, handy (can touch up paint, fix leaky faucets, power wash the porch, or whatever else is needed) AND has good people skills in that they will be working in two small senior care homes with Alzheimer's residents.  Please message me if you have any one.  Thanks so much for your help!!!
