In today’s video, I have the pleasure of interviewing a colleague of mine, Roland Pott from Trenton Makes, Inc. We discuss the importance of becoming a leader in your local real estate community. Not only do we discuss the benefits of becoming involved, but also how you get involved and stay involved.

Roland is a seasoned real estate investor, broker, and developer with tremendous experience and success. He has been extremely active in Trenton, NJ for over 15 years. I hope you enjoy this interview and pick up some ideas to become more involved with your local real estate community.

    Great video Matt. Volunteering at the state’s professional association has helped me a lot in my engineering career. I have met some awesome people and picked up a lot about marketing and book-keeping along the way. I am yet to do that when it comes to Real Estate club though.
