Sometimes I feel like a complete idiot.
I know what I need to do—but I fail to do it.
For example, right now I know I should be working on analyzing a mobile home park and figuring out how an investor waterfall analysis works. But I’m not. I’m writing this blog post.
Now, I’m not saying this blog post isn’t important. It is. But I really should be analyzing a mobile home park, so I can make some offers, so I can get some offers accepted and build my passive income.
You see, we often work on stuff that probably isn’t that important—because productivity doesn’t come naturally. That’s why I think it’s SO important to study productivity, so we can learn how to focus, how to work on the right things, how to avoid distractions, and how to get more done.
