Currently, I am interested in: -Private lending (first or second lien position) on single family, duplex or similarly sized deals with investors who have partnered with private lenders before -LP investor opportunities with experienced syndicators -Long term ownership of single family and small multifamily (up to 12 units) cash flowing rental properties either in my local Atlanta market or out of state with the right partner I am all about learning and sharing knowledge, so feel free to reach out!
