Alina is the founder and managing partner of SAMO Financial LLC, a boutique private equity firm specializing in helping a select group of people passively invest in commercial real estate.

In 2021 Alina joined TF Management Group LLC, a real estate fund management company, where she is the Head of Investor Relations and Marketing.

Experience
Alina has started her real estate investing journey as an equity partner in various multifamily private placements nationwide about eight years ago.

Due to her desire to help other people, in 2018 she started her own company – SAMO Financial LLC. The firm’s goal is to educate people about becoming passive investors in syndication to build wealth, generate passive income and save on taxes.

Her business motto has been articulated well by Warren Buffett, “Someone is sitting in the shade today because someone planted a tree a long time ago.”

Alina’s passion is to teach others how to build wealth. As such, Alina is the founder of two meetup groups named “The Power of Passive Investing Through Real Estate,” which gather in New York and New Jersey, that are currently merged into one virtual group.

In addition, she offers educational webinars in collaboration with various administrators of self-directed IRA companies. Topics include but not limited to getting started investing in real estate syndications, tax advantages of investing and real estate investor mindset.

Alina is a sought-after speaker who presented at the Private Wealth Management Summit, Raising Money Summit, the Multifamily Foundation Workshop, Hunter College (CUNY), Stockton University and many other events.
