Terrance Doyle

Terrance Doyle is a full-time real estate investor and developer focused on a wide range of asset classes with a proven track record in both the apartment and single-family sectors. Currently managing $50M in assets, the Value Add Real Estate Company (The VareCo) holds 350-plus units in Terrance’s hometown of Des Moines, Iowa, as well as 150-plus units in the Denver metro.

Experience
Co-founding The VareCo in 2015, the company has grown its portfolio year over year, averaging 10 multifamily acquisitions annually between their two markets, with an average deal size of $4M.

Combining 10 years of experience personally with some strategic mentors carrying 50-plus years of experience across a broad spectrum of RE, The VareCo has emerged a leader across Colorado/Iowa. This is largely due to its ability to close transactions quickly and solve a wide range of problems inside of the “value-add spectrum” from single-family to multifamily to even hospitality properties.

Outside of real estate, Terrance is passionate about his family. He and his wife, Julie, have two very young children, Emilia and Noah. Julie and Terrance are very involved in their local church, in addition to serving on the board of a local organization called Activ8 All-Stars, which aims to serve local children and families with disabilities.

Terrance is a regular contributor on the Denver Real Estate Investing Podcast, where he shares his expertise on multifamily investing in the metro area. He’s also a co-author of “The Guide to Denver Real Estate Investing Strategies.”
