I have been in this crazy business for 10 years now and I still love it. I have been through a few cycles and never have I seen such buying oppotunites. But what I do see is everyone afraid to jump in, You can never make money if you don't buy on the down swing, I am selling reo properties to investors at at about 50 cents on the dollar.
