We'll give this a shot. Here's the format

So this is the first blog attempt here. We'll see if I have anything worth discussing every week and will share an update.  Might be boring to some or entertaining to others. Or might just be a complete waste of time (for me and you).  :-)

But we'll give it a go and see if its fun for me to do and if anybody else actually reads it to make it worth continuing.

So I think my format is going to be to just list how things went or are going for the week. I hope to cover the following.
1) Existing rentals. I have 32 so typically there's some crazy tenant issue or repair going on to share.
2) Existing rehab. Quick update on where things are at on any homes currently in rehab phase.  We'll be sure to include before and after pics and/or video as we all know a picture is worth a thousand words.
3) Leasing. Once complete, any leasing notes from showings.
4) Acquisition. Will discuss some houses I'm watching on MLS, any showings I do, and any offers I put in - along with what I think my chances are for them being accepted.
