Mid-Week Focus Recap

This week has been a busy one. My regular employment has had its stressors, considering our regular spring audit is underway. Have been very productive with clients for my real estate business, with lots of showings this week, including onboarding a new set of buyers. And I've been trying to dive back into my investing business. All in all, a good week so far, and even though it is Thursday evening, a lot left to do this week!

This post will be a short one, as I am tasked with getting to sleep by 1030pm. Would be earliest all week! Early meeting tomorrow demands that I get some rest and be ready for the next day.

Always Remained Focused!

This recap is my time to focus in on my goals. Why am I working so diligently and working many hours a week right now? I look at my list on my white board and remember. I want to have passive income of $4,000 per month in 12 months. I want to have flipped at least four class A investment properties in 12 months. And I want to be awaiting my broker’s license to arrive as soon as possible in the next 3 to 6 months. All of that will assure I can cut down my workload, be home for my family on a regular basis, enjoy my work, help others, dedicate myself to what I love, and continue to live my life without worry.

My focus is on, my weekly mid-week recap helps. Reflecting on what I have done successfully this week, such as my retail sales prospecting has been strong and leading to great new clients, and reviewing what didn’t go so well, my prospecting for some retired brokers to join in on a specific venture, allows me to learn, be better, and help me achieve my goals in the short and long term.

Thanks again for reading! Like I said, a short read tonight. Happy Investing everyone!
