Slow but steady progress

Hello fans (All one or two of you). Sorry for the delay in posts. It’s been hectic on all fronts but excited that looking back from our last post (02.23.2017), we have made progress.

We now have a broker who we are communicating with on a constant basis and have made in person contact. The broker is local and very familiar with commercial. In fact personally he has over 100+ units under his belt so he is very familiar with the process and is also around our age. We had in person communication in early April so now we have a face with a name.

We also went looking at some properties in the area with the broker. None that exactly fit our mold now, but we are starting to narrow down what makes sense and what does not.

We also have a few interested equity partners that we are in conversations with. It is still very all preliminary, but its making me realize that raising money would not be as impossible as initially thought. I am very understanding that if you lose other people’s money once, you will never get it again so we need to keep practicing looking at deals and understanding how we will get the investor’s money back.

So now its time for more slow but steady progress. Lets hope May end’s up being a productive month. Felt good about April.

Best,

Chudi and Marcus
