On top of that her communication was always extremely clear and fast. I have never had a quicker or easier experience when trying to get into a new home. Can’t wait to move in!

Our experience with Keyrenter has been exceptional, from learning about their services and onboarding with Shawn to the successful marketing with Yvette. They staged our house beautifully and it was on the market for just a week. We highly recommend!

I never write reviews but after my experience with KeyRenter, I felt compelled to share so other homeowners can save themselves the headache. If I could go back in time, I’d avoid this company right from the get-go. Our experience started off well when Shawn toured the home. But as soon as we signed the contract, it was like a bait and switch. We were passed off to another individual who had never seen the property and could only work off of what was shared to her. The leasing agent listed the home with multiple incorrect points, like not having a garage or outdoor space. When I tried to call and reach out, the number listed on her email signature was incorrect. Emails took days to answer. We were told that the majority of tenants will want a garage and a backyard so for them to entirely mislabel the property as NOT having a garage or backyard was a large oversight. This led to a multi-day delay in getting the listing posted with the correct information. It would be less annoying if they didn’t make TikTok videos and post them while I’m actively calling the office trying to get help. Communication issues: - the individual that you initially meet with passes you off to a leasing agent who you’ve never met or has seen the property - email signatures have incorrect contact information leading to unanswered calls for DAYS - Maintenance team came to our home without notice and off incorrect information that property was vacant - Showing was scheduled without written communication even though we’ve asked multiple times to be communicated via writing to both my husband and I - In general, the vibe is “oh that’s a different team, it’s not my fault” they just side step all responsibility Other issues: - when maintenance came to the home after it was vacant, they left exterior doors open and unlocked resulting in debris flying into the home - Left multiple lights on - Spilled a dark liquid possible a sugary coffee drink on the carpet in multiple locations Ultimately we decided to not use KeyRenter because as poor as the experience was for us as the homeowner, I’d imagine it would be so much worse for the tenants. My two cents - just don’t use these guys.

Charles was really chill and laid back. He let us look through the property in green valley, Colorado. We were able to take our time, he was very informative and answered all of our questions in depth and made us laugh quite a bit. Give this guy a raise! As far as the rental property, it was nice and spacious and as advertised on the website it smelled brand new and it was up to date. Can’t wait to make it my home.

Shamus(head of maintenance) was fantastic. The property I bought had a pipe burst and flooded the house. There were no walls, floors, bathrooms, electric needed upgrades, and kitchen needed a remodel. Shamus, who is still onboarding his team as he is new to the company, got everything all done in less than 2 months. Not only that the total quote came in below all the other ones I got from other contractors even after there were some issues found! I cannot vouch harder for shamus, I have never left a review in my life but feel like it’s necessary. In my opinion Keyrenter needs to invest heavily into shamus and his team because I can only imagine how great they’ll be when they’re fully staffed. This was my first rental property and because of shamus I’m of to a unbelievably great start to my investing career and for that I’ll always be thankful to him and refer as many people to him as I can! Edit: added before and afters the pictures and videos speak for themselves. Just want to emphasize this was done in under 2 months while still onboarding his team and was cheaper than any quote!
