Marc’s hospitality was a true standout—he was incredibly helpful and consistently polite throughout the entire process. From the moment I arrived, Marc made me feel welcome and at ease. He walked me through the process with clear explanations and answered every question thoughtfully. His approachable demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile made the tour smooth. Overall, I had a wonderful experience, and Marc’s exceptional hospitality played a major role in that.

We’ve had a very good experience with Axe Property Management so far. Marc and Dan were great with communication- always responsive by call or text and willing to answer our questions throughout the process. Stephen, the owner, took the time to speak with us over the phone and even met us in person, which gave us confidence in moving forward with their company. The contract terms are reasonable- a 12-month agreement with the flexibility to cancel within 90 days if things don’t work out. Their leasing fee is competitive, and the management fee is a flat monthly rate instead of a percentage, which we found clear and straightforward. The professional photos they arranged made our home look beautiful, and the leasing process went smoothly overall. We also appreciate that Axe has been respectful of our decisions as homeowners and offered guidance without being pushy. This is our first time renting out our home, and we’ve never worked with a property management company before, so we don’t have much to compare to- but overall, the experience has been positive and educational. We’ll continue working with Axe for our property management and look forward to updating our review once we’ve had more experience with their ongoing service.

If I ever felt concerned or was overthinking Steven and his team had my back and handled everything in a timely manner. They were proactive and professional. If I wasn’t moving back into my house I would keep them as our managers forever. Looking forward to working with them in the future.
