Axe has been amazing so far! First time using a property management company to rent out our home. They’ve handled everything and have been great with communicating along the way. Everyone I have spoken with has been so friendly and helpful. From the first phone call with Erik, speaking with Stephen, and my texts/calls with Dan- they have all been very amiable and accommodating. They were also able to find us tenants in the timeframe we wanted. I look forward to our ongoing relationship!

10 / 10 recommend! This entire team went above and beyond for us and our home. We had some tenants who appeared great but then over time became a little difficult and I NEVER had to worry. If I ever felt concerned or was overthinking Steven and his team had my back and handled everything in a timely manner. They were proactive and professional. If I wasn’t moving back into my house I would keep them as our managers forever. Looking forward to working with them in the future.

We're residential tenants, who inherited Stephen & Axe Property Management mid-lease, after he was retained by Owner. From the beginning, our actual surprise was Stephen ethically/equally advocated for us as Tenants. He prepared us for final walkthough months ahead, and was consistently helpful in arranging closure @ lease's end. Well done, thank you!

Stephen has been outstanding throughout the entire tenant placement process. His knowledge of landlord-tenant law and rental property management has been incredibly valuable. I had countless questions and was initially hesitant about working with a property management company, but Stephen was always responsive, patient, and reassuring. His professionalism and support made the experience smooth and stress-free. I’m truly excited to continue working with him and his team not just for this placement, but for many more to come.

I have fell in love with this company from the start,even though there not local they go over and beyond to make sure expectations are met. It was a quick and easy process moving in this month. I would like to say thanks to the whole axe property management for being on top, when it came to issues I had before move in. I want to extend a thank you to Jay and Steve, you guys are awesome and I hope to be a tenant for a while.

Mr Stephen is trustworthy and knowledgeable. He has found an excellent renter for our newly completely renovated family home. He guided us in this emotional process of letting go of family home. We were grateful to be able to rent our property at a reasonable price to a family that lost their home in Altadena fire. The Axe Property Management is excellent to assist you in caring for your home and receiving a fair price for owner and renter. Thank you Mr Stephen for being a person of integrity. Your fire fighting experience and knowledge gives you even more credibility. Blessings to you!
