He was incredibly kind and made me feel comfortable asking any questions I had. He really went above and beyond, and I truly appreciated his help.”

Marc was great! He easily helped set up a date to view the property, and guided us through getting access to the unit once we were there. The property we viewed was fine but ultimately did not fit our needs.

Marc was exceptionally professional and a pleasure to work with, he was very detailed and so helpful. He was very polite well spoken and knowledgeable of his work. He worked with me step by step with no problems only solutions. He does his job very well and I can tell he loves his job also and the work that he does. Thank you so much for all of your help. Marc has been very helpful in helping us look for our next home. We found the home we wanted to tour and Marc scheduled our tour same day and it was exactly what we imagined and the process was extremely smooth. We immediately submitted an application and Marc has been assisting us along the way. We look forward to our approval and hopefully new keys :)

Our interaction with AXE Property Management involved signing a lease for a rental home in Southern California. We had lots of questions and the process played out over a number of days. The application process was cumbersome for us, primarily because we were away from home without access to our computer and financial documents stored there. Everything was done from our smartphones. Throughout the process we had access to Marc, without whom we probably would not have been successful. Marc returned calls promptly, followed up quickly to get answers to our questions and resolved issues that arose. Marc’s support and assistance are worthy of Five Stars. Our disappointment with AXE Property Management is that as tenants we face too many fees that seem unreasonable and unnecessary. Property Managers are paid by landlords and it seems unreasonable for tenants to have to pay fees as well. I did speak to the owner during the lease signing process. Stephen is professional, responsive and reasonable. Staff are courteous and helpful. All things considered, we’re very satisfied with the experience and can definitely recommend the company.

Marc, Stephen, and the rest of the Axe Property group we have worked with have been completely stellar. They are very knowledgeable and transparent as well as very good in keeping up communication. Axe provides reports just to keep us informed on what’s been going with our property and all the potential tenants. We have full confidence in them!
