They took their time doing thorough background checks and everything needed, and they were very communicative throughout. Overall, the entire process was great. The move in was simple and easy. Cool. The problem is how long it takes for things to get fixed. If I had to do this all over again, I would not pick a unit under their management. It took about 3 weeks for a rusty microwave to get replaced, another 3 weeks for it to be installed. It has now been 3 months that the dryer does not work. It does not heat up. They have sent 3 different technicians to "fix the matter", meanwhile I cannot dry 1 flat sheet in the dryer machine. I like my apartment but not enough to continue to deal with the dismissiveness. Definitely do NOT recommend.
