Marc and his team at KeyRenter have been a joy to work with. When we moved in, we discovered several items in the home that required service. Marc has stayed across several different vendors and team members to manage electrical, plumbing, remediation, and general handyman work. His highly communicative approach combined with his promptness to address issues has made what could otherwise have been a very painful experience go about as smoothly as possible.

We just rented a home in Clifton, what a great experience. Eyelet is awesome to work with and everything has been and been done exactly as promised and on-time. I've had experience in the past working with a property management company on a corporate level. I must say Keyrenter-North Jersey is the best! We look forward to a great relationship going forward. Our experience with Keyrenter North Jersey has been really positive. They’re great at communicating and always quick to respond, which we really appreciate. Marc Wiedermann has been especially helpful — he’s always on top of things and truly cares about making sure tenants have a safe and healthy living environment. IMO, what really sets them apart is their combination of insight and intuition. They have a deep understanding not only of real estate but also of people, which allows them to anticipate needs, resolve challenges quickly, and create smooth, stress-free experiences.
