Do not use this company to manage your property unless you want them to steal your money and advocate for tenants and not you, the owner. We had a horrible, I will repeat horrible experience with this company. Extremely unprofessional, the things that were said to us, the money we lost month over month, they advocated for the complacent tenants rather than protecting our interests as the owner. I am at a loss for words to the way they treated us. Please do not use this PM to manage your property.

Our experience with PMI has been extremely disappointing. We had a scheduled move-in date of 7/12, but the property was not delivered in move-in-ready condition — it was extremely dirty, had numerous visible damages, and even the HVAC filter hadn't even been replaced. We also discovered mold on the walls, ceilings, and parts of the AC vents. PMI sent a cleaner the day after we moved in, and she herself was surprised the home hadn't been properly cleaned beforehand and how bad of condition everything was. We toured the property in advance and reasonably expected it to be properly maintained and prepared by move-in day. Communication with Federico has also been frustrating — delayed responses, emails that don't seem fully read, and promised follow-ups (like a call with post move-in instructions) that never happened. We found ourselves having to send repeated reminder emails/text just to get basic responses, and even then, some went unanswered. It seems PMI didn't do a thorough pre-move-in inspection, and may have relied on outdated listing photos. The number of issues we've found has been serious enough that we've had to document everything thoroughly and seek outside guidance to protect ourselves. As someone who works with other property management companies across the country, I expected a professional experience — this has not met that bar.
