How does our marketing differentiate? - Our marketing consists of a few things: First, we market the homes up to 30 days before the houses are vacant, which results in the homes being empty for less time. Second, we have a team of seven people whose primary focus is personally walking prospective residents through the homes and answering prospects' questions. Third, prequalified prospects are welcome to tour vacant homes anytime it's convenient for them. For residents who can’t see the house in person, we complete virtual showings over Zoom/Facetime. Fourth, each and every property is professionally photographed and videoed to ensure we are always putting our best foot forward. Finally, in addition to the traditional mediums of marketing homes, we have created several Facebook groups with thousands of prospective residents who can find our properties quickly and engage with our marketing team. The whole Nestwell team was awesome! Katie, Roz and Cristian were super helpful throughout the entire process. Very informative, superb communication and they really put me at ease. Especially with us being a military family relocated to the East Coast. I highly reccomend Nestwell! Thanks again Team!

Carlos Rivera was outright dishonest and unprofessional throughout this entire process. On Thursday (6/5/25), I was told I had priority and that the pet screening could take up to 10 days. My assistance animal was approved that very night (6/5/25), yet there was no follow-up on Friday (6/6/25). No updates, no communication, no explanation. When I reached out today (Monday 6/9/25) for clarity, I was told hours later the lease had already been signed with someone else on Friday (6/6/25), even though my pet was approved the night before. It’s obvious he didn’t bother to check the pet screening before signing someone else.
This is unacceptable. Being promised priority then ignored and pushed aside is not only disrespectful but completely unprofessional. If this is how Carlos Rivera handles applicants before a lease is signed, I would warn anyone to stay far away. Avoid this careless and deceptive process at all costs. Very disappointed.

Carlos from Nestwell was extremely helpful!! Although my case was not easy, he helped me with the whole process from start to finish. I would recommend Nestwell to anyone looking to rent a property, thanks to Carlos!!! He should get a raise! Thanks for your patience and dedication, Carlos! You sure are a hard worker! DO NOT LIVE HERE. Nestwell completely neglects their tenets. I am bringing public awareness to their negligence and misconduct. I have lived in my unit for 2 1/2 years. Since day one, my shower has never properly worked. Over this time, I have submitted more than six maintenance requests. Each time, contractors apply a temporary, inadequate fix and make concerning statements such as, “This is going to be a nightmare to fix,” and “We’re going to have to rip out the entire wall.” Despite these warnings, nothing has been permanently resolved.
As of today, June 3, my shower is non-functional. I submitted my most recent maintenance request on May 11, over three weeks ago without resolution. I have to seek alternative places to shower, which is unacceptable for a tenant who is paying full rent.
I would NEVER advise anyone who cares about basic sanitation to rent with Nestwell. Shame on you Nestwell.

My company is relocating me to the Salt Lake City area from Saint George Utah. Moving to a big city, you will have so many options for property management companies but I assure you, none come close to Nestwell! I called Martin two weeks ago to prepare for my house hunting trip, not only did he take time explaining the process, he gave me confidence that we will get approved and find a house that we love. I called several times when went found the house for us and each time he made me and family his priority. He made the process extremely seamless and EASY! Top notch guy! The leasing agent Katie is one of a kind. Super personable, very knowledgeable, professional and down to earth. Even when she went out of town she still made herself available to my family and I. When we got approved, we wanted to see the unit, called Katie late in the day to see if she would swing by to show us inside, and without a hesitation, she said I’m on my way. You will be blessed to have Katie Foss as your leasing agent! I’m super impressed with the Nestwell team! Thank you for being there for me and my family!!

Nestwell has been great to work with. In particular Moises was incredibly responsive and understanding. He answered all of my questions along the way. He was very helpful and did everything he could to take the stress off my plate. Highly recommend them. Also Joshua their maintenance manager has been so helpful explaining the maintenance process and has also been really responsive to our needs.
