She was very supportive and kind to all of the tenants here during covid. She responds promptly to all concerns. I absolutely HATE managing my rental properties- especially whenever a tenant moves out. I took my portfolio to Spectrum and was introduced to Jessie Peacock. She absolutely handled EVERYTHING quickly and efficiently for me. I feel like I never have to worry again finding a worthy tenant for any of my homes again. Huge monkey off my back. I started with Spectrum in 2021 prior to a renovation of 8 units. They managed the property throughout the renovations and then afterwards until January 2025 when I sold the property. A first class outfit from the month I started to the month our contractual relationship came to an end. I have been an investor of real estate for 35 years and Spectrum was by far the most professional organization I worked with. The entire team were great. The day to day management of work orders, handling of tenants and leasing (when new leases were required) were all an A+. They kept my property at almost 100% occupancy for the entire duration of my relationship with them. The annual inspection reports were one of the many features that I appreciated about Spectrum. Detailed photographs with detailed descriptions of each unit enabled me to get on top of all potential issues before they became real ones. All round Spectrum was a first class operation and had I not sold the property I would have definitely continued with them. Thank you Spectrum for outstanding work and for a great relationship.

After dealing with four separate property management companies unsuccessfully over the years, I knew from the initial meeting with Marc Hassan (CEO) four years ago that this was the perfect fit to manage the multi family units I owned. Marc and his team were professional, responsible and committed to providing excellent service. Communication was seamless - received regular updates and clear explanations of any maintenance requests that were submitted. It's extremely challenging to find a management company that combines professionalism with a personal touch. As a foreign investor, I feel extremely fortunate to have crossed paths with Marc and his team.
