When we were ready to rent our property, our realtor referred us to ACTIVE RENTER. He had vetted them and was very impressed with what he found out. We had heard a lot of horror stories from friends who had tried to rent out the houses themselves and also from friends who had used a rental service that they were very dissatisfied with. ACTIVE RENTER was remarkably fair on their fees, always available to help us out and very pleasant to work with. I guarantee you just can’t go wrong with them.

Richard and his staff are very friendly, helpful and responsive. It's apparent that they truly care for their tenants and want the best experience for them. Any time I have an issue or need to submit a maintenance request, they almost always get back to me within the same day. I highly recommend this company!

I lived in a property managed by active renter for 6 yrs, my overall experience was good. A lot of times the management company gets blamed for things that the landlord is at fault for but the owner Richard and another older lady I think her name was carol were always in good communication with me. I would definitely rent under them again. I would of given 5 stars but on move out another staff member in the office refused to work with me on returning the keys and then threatened legal action but thankfully the manager jumped in, apologized and said let’s not end like this so kudos to Richard for being professional and understanding. Thank you

Amazing property management team. They were always very attentive to our needs and concerns and helped us find the best resolutions for every request. Maintenance was always very responsive and timely in their services. 10/10 recommend them to anyone!

I started renting through Active Renter Property Management 3 years ago. From the moment I reached out to tour the property, until I handed back my keys after purchasing my first home, the entire team at Active Renter was AMAZING. If something needed fixed, they responded by getting a repair person on site immediately - usually next day, sometimes same day. Communication, clarity, and kindness where all that I received while dealing with the team. Richard, Courtney, and Nancy - thank you for being AWESOME!
