We had a truly wonderful experience renting with Host and Keep. The apartment was cozy, beautifully located, and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. It felt like a home away from home. The team at Host and Keep were excellent hosts — communication was always smooth, clear, and prompt. They are professional, reliable, and take their work very seriously, which gave us a lot of peace of mind throughout the entire process. It’s such a pleasure to deal with a company that combines warmth with professionalism. I highly recommend Host and Keep 100% and would not hesitate to book with them again.

I travel frequently for work and have had the pleasure of staying at several properties managed by Host and Keep. Each stay has consistently exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, communication, and comfort. That’s why I felt compelled to leave a review. It's rare to come across a management company that maintains such high standards across the board. Their attention to detail and thoughtful touches always make me feel right at home, no matter the location. And the welcome packets with snacks are always very much appreciated.

Let me first state I am a born and raised Floridian so I am very familiar with bugs in FL however I am also familiar with how they are treated. The house we just rented had live and dead spiders everywhere, roach legs everywhere, and live worms crawling out of the sinks. Live small bugs crawling around on one of the beds. The master bathroom had hair on the bathroom wall and floor-had not been cleaned, the light in the backyard was broken, and the living room and dining room furniture had stains everywhere including food from previous renters and dirt or bug feces in the pool house. All of these items were reported to the property manager along with picture and videos. Right after we checked out I provided additional documentation with pictures and videos and asked for some type of refund which I was told no because I had not said anything during my stay which I notated yes I had look at the messages above and then they started backtracking that I only reported 2 items even though I had proof of everything I had provided. The property was also filled with mold and I am still trying to get mold out of my clothing and luggage days after I got home. Absolutely worthless customer service and then had the nerve to send a link for a review and 10% off in the future so here I am. You could not pay me to stay at this property. Also, the listing was inaccurate of how the property looked (fence was missing in the backyard so completely open to the street to be seen) IF you actually got into the pool which you could not pay me to get into the pool. And since I am writing things the master bedroom main door had a huge hole in it so anyone could be looking in from the hallway. NEVER would use this company or VRBO again. They would not even provide the cleaning fee back which is interesting the place was not clean and we had to clean stuff up ourselves.

I had a fantastic stay at Caroline’s place! She was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any questions, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Her hospitality truly made my trip even better. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend her as a host!

Pleasant stay! The studio was exactly as described, bright, clean, well-stocked, comfortable bed and convenient to everything in the area. The fencing is still up for the beautification project outside which looks lovely and close to completion. There was no construction work going on during my week there. Caroline was quick to respond helpfully to my emails when I had questions. I enjoyed two concerts at the Bandshell across the street. They ended promptly at 10pm and evenings are peaceful. The Beachwalk is steps away from the front door. I would take a bike ride early in the morning down to South Beach. I would happily stay st the studio and vacation here again! Thank you Caroline!

Classic Coconut Grove, beautiful oak trees, towering palms, and stunning peacocks walking along the fence. The outdoor pool area is lovely. Nicely furnished inside. Only areas of improvement are: have at least one king size bed (it has 3 queens) and put an electrical outlet in the master bathroom. These two necessary improvements is why I gave 4 stars vs. 5.

A very cute place for a girls’ trip or family getaway! The condo was clean and had all of the amenities we needed. The owner answered questions quickly and was very helpful. The staff at the complex was very kind and the pool, beach and service were great. Easy to get a quick Uber out front and the canal across the street is gorgeous with boats and Miami homes. We really enjoyed it!
