I'm writing this review in hopes of helping TENANTS APPLYING TO RENT with RPM INTEGRITY. I applied & was approved, but declined SIGN LEASE due to fees. If i would have know upfront I would not have applied to rent, My first RED FLAG was the home was dirty upon viewing, I should have not moved forward and I could have saved money. Tenant: M. Hawkins applied 8/2025 for the rental 25090 MiddleBrook Way Moreno Valley, CA 92551 Real Property Management Integrity out of Riverside County (Riverside, CA) makes it easy to rent from them, but once your ready to move in and you receive your lease the FEES are outrageous. First you pay a $47 application fee per adult which is normal for company to charge you a fee upon applying for a property to rent. Once approved, the lease is emailed for signing along with the rules and a breakdown of cost. I'm in my late 50's with good credit and would not break any rules of such, but I've rented from several management companies. This companies rules I have never seen before. Below is from their Fee Charge as of August 2025. Lease Set-up fee $295.00 (charged upon move in) not refundable Renew your lease $95.00 (it's usually free) Pet Application Fee $500.00 (100% sure you wont get this back) Pet monthly fees: $75 1st pet & $50 additional pets Pay rent by check $5.00 fee (usually fee) Lease modification $250.00 Inspection Fee move out $100.00 End of Lease and you to Month 2 Month - 20% charge Trips to the property (post notice) $75.00 Violations: Pet/Noise/Smoking $75.00 After Midnight Complaint $150 Crime Violations/Police Presence $150 Weed Smoking Violations on, in or around property $150 I never rented from Real Property Management Integrity but I got approved to rent and decided not to sign the lease due to all the fees. My gut was telling me their going to keep my security deposit and then i remembered upon viewing the property it was dirty and told once we have an approved applicant we will have a professional cleaning company clean the home, that was another red flag because usually you want to show the property at its best condition Thank you and good luck with the your house hunting, see other property management companies below for help with your hunting: Just to Name a few . . . . . . Georgia and Miguel make an amazing team and represent RPM very well. They were very patient when answering all my questions and made the process for my family and I very manageable. Although their agency has extensive requirements, they made sure to clarify, cover, and even provide resources we needed to secure our home. We highly recommend their services to anyone interested in renting.

Over the years they have done an excellent job of the tenant screening process and keeping us informed of changes in federal, state and local laws related to property rental. Our recent experience with a tenant has reassured me that we have the right management company. Their annual inspection revealed one of our units was not being maintained properly. When the tenant moved out, Kristina worked with me and took excellent care in restoring my property. RPMI is a reliable company that provides great communication, quick response time and professional market knowledge.

I wouldn't trust my property in Riverside with anyone else but Real Property Management! Karen is such a delight to talk to, and has the best customer service. Kristen makes sure all the bills are paid on time for my houses utilities and explains everything in great detail so I know where my money is going. Beth, the owner, also checks on my house frequently and contacts me as soon as there is any issue. Thank you for being such a delight to work with!
