I used Stutts Properties between 2022 & 2025, and I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a house or apartment to rent. They have rentals of all types with many renting for $900 & less per month. The individuals there are great to work with, and Stutts has a great iPhone app where you can easily pay rent & submit maintenance requests.

The very nicest people that I have ever rented from. Their maintenance team is friendly and always prompt to to take care of any problem that arises. The portal for paying rent and requesting a service call is very easy to use.

Absolutely terrible, was in a house that leaked, had mold, heat/ac barely worked, plumbing issues, and foundation issues. THEY WOULDNT FIX ANYTHING. EXPECTS 2,500$ TO MOVE OUT AFTER MY FAMILY SUFFERED WITH SICKNESS DUE TO THEM NOT FIXING ROOF LEAKS FOR 6 MONTHS. After repeated texts and requests they finally fixed one spot OUT OF 3!! NEVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM OUT FOR JUST MONEY! Oh yea and also wants a 60 day move out notice which is ridiculous cause who knows they are moving 60 days in advance.

They were very easy to deal with and made the entire process as easy as it could’ve been. They kept in communication throughout the entire process and answered every question we had.

I couldn’t have done this without Agnes! I needed so much support and guidance through the process, and she was there for me every step of the way! I thank everyone at Stutts for their help, but especially Agnes! Looking forward to working with them throughout the next year!

They have made positive changes over the past couple of years to function more efficiently. They have been very professional in their management of the property we live in and worked to resolve issues with the property when they arise.
