Jamico properties is the best very best, At the end of our lease we'd had financial difficulties but the management team worked with us even when most people would not have - Stephanie is the best they understood our situation and gave us the benefit of the doubt otherwise ain't no tell her where we will be right now thank you Jameson we appreciate you and we respect you guys you are the best!!

12/22/25 I cannot tell you how pleased I was with the maintenance repair Hector provided of my bathroom sink and toilet plumbing issues. He arrived at the appt time and completed every request expeditiously and totally professionally. If there are other repairs needed for this property or others, I would highly recommend using Hector! I found our rental listing on Zillow and I reached out to Jamico for an appointment. From day one Mindy was helpful. We ended up qualifying for the rental unit. Closing the lease and final walk through was a breeze with Mindy.

Jamison Management was highly professional and timely in renting me my apt in Redondo. I want to particularly cite Marlon who oversaw the process, and Julie who processed the documents efficiently for me. The Building Mgr Kevin was also helpful. All good.

The best management company I’ve worked with. Stephanie Brown specifically was so helpful in addressing any concerns or worries I had as a tenant. It’s such a relief when we tenants are treated with fairness, kindness, respect, and our repairs and needs are easily and readily addressed.

I had a great experience with the maintenance guy his name is Jose, who came by on Wednesday. He was really professional and helped fix the clog in my bathroom quickly. He was super understanding about the situation and I really appreciate his help. Definitely recommend!

Our repair guy Jose Garcia was so kind and gracious, as was our other repair man, Theo, who worked on our garbage disposal. Their maintenance team is very efficient, kind and hardworking. They were very accommodating and worked with my busy schedule to find time to get our repair done fast, even if it meant that they were running here and there to get things done. That was evident as soon as they arrived. I really really appreciate them so much. Thank you Jose and Theo!!!!!

Jamison Management has been a great company all around . Everyone in the office and managers are very helpful. Julie especially has been great . She’s quick to get you the correct information and get you what you need . Julie is very thorough and informs you with all you need. I highly recommend Jamison Management.
