From our very first interaction, Mindy was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely compassionate. She took the time to listen carefully to all of our concerns, answered every question with complete transparency, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. Moving can be an incredibly stressful process, especially when dealing with unexpected life circumstances, and her kindness and understanding made all the difference. What stood out most was her honesty and integrity. She was upfront about every property, communicated clearly throughout the process, and made sure we had all the information we needed to make informed decisions. We have had an amazing experience working with Julie Mitchell from Jamison Property Management. She has been professional, efficient, and effective as a property manager. Although we've only worked together briefly, she has proven herself a valuable asset.

Julie was/is extremely helpful she took a lot of her time during the day to assist us and answer all of our questions. We truly appreciate all her help would definitely recommend her.

Julie M. was amazing to work with. She surpassed my expectations. She was great with record keeping, had proper documents signed, and was a solid communicator. She also worked closely with Mindy who was a rockstar on finding good tenants. Julie kept things simple and efficient.

Do not rely on reference from this company. I had someone here gave me a reference for one of their tenants. "Yes, good tenant with good payment history." The tenant caused so much damage to our rental property in less than a year, and also started to pay rent late a few months after the lease. It probably will cost us a few more thousands of dollars to fix everything. Among a long list of things, some kind of paint-like material poured in different places on hardwood floor throughout the house, nailed 1/4 x 5 across every door, and buried a 4" diameter pipe vertically several feet into the ground in the backyard.

Laura has been the best property manager during my nearly six years living at Jamico Property. She has always been attentive and quick to respond whenever there was an issue with my apartment. Laura consistently greets everyone with a friendly smile and a positive attitude. Throughout my time here, I’ve never had any problems with her management. She truly made living here feel like home. I’m incredibly grateful for everything she has done, because she always goes above and beyond to make sure her tenants are comfortable and taken care of.

12/22/25 I cannot tell you how pleased I was with the maintenance repair Hector provided of my bathroom sink and toilet plumbing issues. He arrived at the appt time and completed every request expeditiously and totally professionally. If there are other repairs needed for this property or others, I would highly recommend using Hector!
