I toured a Los Feliz property at 11am, submitted my application at 11:30am, and Marlon reviewed and accepted it at 1pm. Fastest turnaround I've ever experienced. I'm moving next week so this speed is much appreciated!

Julie M. was amazing to work with. She surpassed my expectations. She was great with record keeping, had proper documents signed, and was a solid communicator. She also worked closely with Mindy who was a rockstar on finding good tenants. Julie kept things simple and efficient.

Do not rely on reference from this company.
I had someone here gave me a reference for one of their tenants. "Yes, good tenant with good payment history."
The tenant caused so much damage to our rental property in less than a year, and also started to pay rent late a few months after the lease. It probably will cost us a few more thousands of dollars to fix everything.
Among a long list of things, some kind of paint-like material poured in different places on hardwood floor throughout the house, nailed 1/4 x 5 across every door, and buried a 4" diameter pipe vertically several feet into the ground in the backyard.

Laura has been the best property manager during my nearly six years living at Jamico Property. She has always been attentive and quick to respond whenever there was an issue with my apartment. Laura consistently greets everyone with a friendly smile and a positive attitude.
Throughout my time here, I’ve never had any problems with her management. She truly made living here feel like home. I’m incredibly grateful for everything she has done, because she always goes above and beyond to make sure her tenants are comfortable and taken care of.

Jamison Management was highly professional and timely in renting me my apt in Redondo. I want to particularly cite Marlon who oversaw the process, and Julie who processed the documents efficiently for me. The Building Mgr Kevin was also helpful. All good.
