I have been a renter since Jan 2022 . I have never rented anything in over 46 years and when moving to Tennesse , I was a bit nervous about renting. It has been nothing but a very good experience. If I have had any questions or concerns or issues with the property, I just call Jacob, and he takes care of it. When I have had work done , they do it promptly and the people who come are so respectful and kind. Absolutely no issues whatsoever. I have thought about buying a house but honestly with being on a fixed income and the lack of physical ability to maintain the repairs and upkeep with owning, I hope to just rent from them and not have to worry about anything for many years.
