I have been a renter since Jan 2022 . I have never rented anything in over 46 years and when moving to Tennesse , I was a bit nervous about renting. It has been nothing but a very good experience. If I have had any questions or concerns or issues with the property, I just call Jacob, and he takes care of it. When I have had work done , they do it promptly and the people who come are so respectful and kind. Absolutely no issues whatsoever. I appreciate the respect and graciousness I have been shown by Five Star and my manager, Jacob. I have thought about buying a house but honestly with being on a fixed income and the lack of physical ability to maintain the repairs and upkeep with owning, I hope to just rent from them and not have to worry about anything for many years.

The management has always been very attentive to our needs. Last summer the air conditioner went out. I notified management and that day they brought over a window unit to put in my bed ridden mother in laws window until a repairman could get over to replace the unit. Always quick, efficient, dependable service.

These guys are great! I've had a couple of maintenance issues and they took care of them right away. Always professional and pleasant. They communicate well and I find that to be rare these days. Thanks for doing your jobs so well, I appreciate you!
