I have been tenant since 2024 & I have never had an issue with CMS. In my opinion, they are the best. Quick responses to any questions or issues. I love that open communication is encouraged & valued.

CMS staff is fantastic to deal with! Tara was pleasant, kind and customer focused. We recently moved locations and coming out of a less than ideal property management relationship makes this feel even better! CMS has it together from billing to service they are on top of their game !

Do not recommend. They have ‘self guided’ tours that they schedule where you have to take the keys from a lockbox, but they don’t give you the code. It would’ve been fine if someone showed up to open the door at least or if someone picked up the phone, but we never got any answer from anyone. Then they send you a link to apply without even having looked inside the place. They don’t seem to be trustworthy.

So glad we decided to start with CMS. It was the first time we rented at our house and we didn’t really know what to expect. Just having that guidance, especially for compliance and legal was crucial. We were happy to hand the keys over- best decision we’ve made

CMS provides amazing service to clients. I am convinced that I can speak for other clients as well as myself because the CMS process is so well organized and the staff so well trained that I cannot imagine anyone there wanting to deviate from this “well oiled machine”. The technology used for tracking, communicating and billing is state of the art. Do yourself a favor and hire this organization to manage your properties. You will not regret it.

I have been utilizing CMS for the past few years and I have been incredibly happy with the services they provide. Quick response times to tenant questions as well as my own. All the staff are great to work with. Very happy with them as my property manager of choice.

I’ve had a great experience with CMS property management. They’re professional, responsive, and truly care about both the property and the tenants. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly, communication is always clear, and they make everything from leasing to payments super easy. It’s been a stress-free experience working with them — highly recommend to any property owner looking for reliable management!
