CMS property management enabled me to have peace of my mind as they managed all aspects of property, from interfacing with HOA and tenants, and making urgent repairs.

CMS Property Management has been excellent during my first month as a remote owner. The team is highly professional, works well together, and is incredibly fast to respond to any issues. While the $150 maintenance fee per occurrence (on top of the 8% management fee) is a bit high and could add up long-term, their quality of service and clear communication make them a good choice.

I have been tenant since 2024 & I have never had an issue with CMS. In my opinion, they are the best. Quick responses to any questions or issues. I love that open communication is encouraged & valued.

CMS staff is fantastic to deal with! Tara was pleasant, kind and customer focused. We recently moved locations and coming out of a less than ideal property management relationship makes this feel even better! CMS has it together from billing to service they are on top of their game !

Do not recommend. They have ‘self guided’ tours that they schedule where you have to take the keys from a lockbox, but they don’t give you the code. It would’ve been fine if someone showed up to open the door at least or if someone picked up the phone, but we never got any answer from anyone. Then they send you a link to apply without even having looked inside the place. They don’t seem to be trustworthy.

CMS provides amazing service to clients. I am convinced that I can speak for other clients as well as myself because the CMS process is so well organized and the staff so well trained that I cannot imagine anyone there wanting to deviate from this “well oiled machine”. The technology used for tracking, communicating and billing is state of the art. Do yourself a favor and hire this organization to manage your properties. You will not regret it.

I've been working with CMS to manage my rental property, and I couldn't be happier with their service. They are professional, responsive, and truly care about both the property and the tenants. They handle everything for me — communicating with the tenants, maintenance and repairs, keeping the books for tax purpose, everything — with such efficiency that it gives me total peace of mind. Communication is always clear and timely, and they go the extra mile to make sure everything runs smoothly. I highly recommend CMS to any property owner looking for a trustworthy and hardworking management team!
