It's been about 6 months since I hired Keyrenter to manage my rental in Unity City. They were referred to me by a friend. After the signing of the agreement, the Keyrenter staff took care of every thing such as cleaning, repair, advertising and the screening of the tenant, they made the whole process smooth and timely. They are great thus far. Very patient and professional. The only downside is they stick to Breed Specific Legislation, no dogs over 25lbs. As a mother who loves a good gaurd dog, thats definitely a bummer.

We made a couple of problems including refrigerator not working, but they were always quickly responded and the all issues were fixed perfectly. Keyrenter have helped me and my partner to successfully find and negotiate a lease to open a nail salon boutique in a Melon Park commercial space. Leo's service and experience in commercial real estate have helped us to make this intense process easier. Once we located a suitable location, Leo have helped us review all the disclosure and information provided by the landlord and provided us his analysis in an easy to understand manor. One of the problem we have entered was we were told that the space was contaminated by some chemical before and Leo had seek out to get the complete report from the landlord and review them and even reached out to the remediation agency who did the clean up to ask questions. For the lease, Leo had helped me to negotiate the best term possible and months of free rent for tenant improvement. Before we sign the lease, Leo also has even arranged a native Vietnamese speaker to translate key part of the lease to my non-English speaking partner! In addition, before the lease was signed, Leo have also recommended and arranged a professional contractor to give us a quote for the remodeling so we know the exact cost of open this business. During the process, I have went out on my own to get quotes from 2 other contractors for comparison, and it turn our Leo's recommendation is the cheapest and most professional. After we have signed the lease, we are now currently remodeling the space and looking forward to our business opening!
