I cannot stress this enough - do NOT work with this company.
They do not communicate within their own portal or via email, if at all. They charge several fees that you are led to believe will be covered by the tenant but are in fact paid for by yourself, as the owner (example, the monthly pet rent for YOUR home being rented out, is pocketed by RW.)
They refuse to respond in writing so there is literally no way to track anything for your own records. Unprofessional. Untimely.
Look elsewhere.

Renters warehouse is the best property management company I have ever dealt with! Every time something needs done, they are on it! Their response on emails is quick and direct. For emergency maintenance, whether it’s your furnace or your water heater, their guys come to the house that day, and get you a fix. And , the team they provide are so cool! The guy Tariq is my favorite, his work is thoughtful, thorough, and dialed. He covers the warranties, walks you through directions, and explains your responsibilities. I have nothing but good to say about all the managers at renters warehouse.

We are incredibly grateful for his time and support. Rhino's professionalism, patience, and exceptional customer service exceeded my expectations.
He took the time to set us up in the landlord's portal, assisted with password reset, and provided a thorough walkthrough of the portal's key features. Rhino answered all our questions clearly and managed our expectations regarding the items on our ledger.
What truly stood out was Rhino's genuine willingness to help and his friendly demeanor. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We are extremely happy with the assistance he provided and feel confident moving forward thanks to his support.

Jayme helped me solve an issue that I was trying to solve for a while with the tenant. He listened to me patiently, absorbed everything that had happened with the case up until that point, let me vent and then after a couple of hours he had it resolved. Really appreciate your help Jayme!!

Philip Hamilton did a great job for us.....he went above and beyond! When we called him he was out to our property the next day. He helped us through the entire process of getting one place rented and the other renewed. Invaluable assistance! I highly recommend his services!

I’ve had a great experience working with Kayla George at Renters Warehouse. After some initial challenges with the previous agent, Kayla stepped in and has been extremely helpful and professional. She has guided us through the lease renewal process with ease and has consistently provided excellent support over the past year. I highly recommend her for anyone seeking a reliable and dedicated rental agent.
