We've just moved in today, but asked for the shrubbery to be trimmed away from the handrails on the steps leading to the street, and for a window screen to be replaced. Both we done super fast (less than 24 hours for the screen). I may be jaded, but I've never had a maintenance crew so responsive, communicative and fast!! Shout out to Juan who led the communication and made sure we knew what was going on and when. It's so nice to have faith that little things will actually get done, and quickly, and on the first request.

We originally planned on selling our property but had to shift to renting when the selling market wasn't doing well. We never really planned on renting and were nervous about the process but Cliff was great at walking us through the process and putting our unit on the rental market. Moreover, his team, Gabby and Juan were both wonderful to work with. The process was very quick and smooth. If there were any hiccups, the entire team was very responsive and quickly answered our questions or provided solutions. In addition, I will also mention that the team was diligent to make sure the property was ready for renters by fixing and managing repairs prior to renting. This was a huge relief for us; especially since we live out of state and it would have been harder to perform or oversee the work. As a property owner, my experience was great. I'm expect that they bring the same diligence and responsiveness to the tenants.

Move out and renter-prep was easy and handled for us, and small day to day things that might come up for our tenants are taken care of before we even need to know about it. It has been great working with a small business where I feel like my property is actually known and taken care of vs some of the mega-companies I had called where I worried I'd be handed off to a different random employee every time I called. We also had an unfortunate but pretty huge master bathroom leak situation that resulted in months of drying, mitigation, bathroom remodel, and dealing with multiple layers of insurance concurrently and after the fact. Cliff and his team handled ALL of it, taking many calls from us and answering our questions (especially as we no longer live in the same city as our property) and doing the leg work. It was truly the exact nightmare scenario I was worried about when deciding to rent out our home, and the exact reason I hired a management company -- and everything was taken care of completely for us, including dealing with an extremely unresponsive insurance company and making sure our tenants were taken care of.
