The team at KeyRenter has been wonderfully helpful through every part of our process, from scheduling a tour, to viewing the property, to applying, being accepted, and moving in! Gabby, Cliff and team have been there to answer our questions every step of the way. We truly feel as though they are looking out for us as renters just as much as they look out for the property owner, and that means a lot to us :) Five stars!

Can’t say enough good things about our experience with KeyRenters West Seattle. As tenants, we were nervous to work through a property management company, however, KeyRenters has exceeded all our expectations. The staff is so kind, incredibly responsive, and quick to take action. Their teammate, Juan, works with us specifically and he coordinates everything on a dime. He’s been an angel, getting all of our questions/property concerns taken care of right away. Truly impressed at the quality of care he and his team have shown us. They also have an easy online portal for submitting payments and maintenance requests. Couldn’t be happier!

In just 3 weeks, they found and signed a lease with a new tenant. From property repairs and paint, to taking photos and advertising, to showing the unit, they were professional and trustworthy.
