Cliff and his team has been awesome to work with from the first phone call. Move out and renter-prep was easy and handled for us, and small day to day things that might come up for our tenants are taken care of before we even need to know about it. It has been great working with a small business where I feel like my property is actually known and taken care of vs some of the mega-companies I had called where I worried I'd be handed off to a different random employee every time I called. We also had an unfortunate but pretty huge master bathroom leak situation that resulted in months of drying, mitigation, bathroom remodel, and dealing with multiple layers of insurance concurrently and after the fact. Cliff and his team handled ALL of it, taking many calls from us and answering our questions (especially as we no longer live in the same city as our property) and doing the leg work. It was truly the exact nightmare scenario I was worried about when deciding to rent out our home, and the exact reason I hired a management company -- and everything was taken care of completely for us, including dealing with an extremely unresponsive insurance company and making sure our tenants were taken care of. I highly recommend working with them!
