I had a great experience working with Abraham Perez. He was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire process of helping me move in early. Abraham went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. His communication was clear and timely, and he made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and well-organized. I truly appreciate his support and dedication. Highly recommend working with him!

Sent multiple emails about multiple properties they advertised for rent and all I received were automated replies and links to set up a viewing of some properties. Tried to do just that and got a message saying no viewings were available. A couple days went by and then out of the blue I received a text message from Britton asking if he or she could be of help to me. I promptly replied back with the 2 properties I was interested in and I got no response.

Mariana the application manager was so, so sweet, welcoming, and responsive! Abraham was very knowledgeable and helped me get in contact with Move Concierge, which helped a lot as well. Very happy with the attention to detail and they took my concerns seriously.
