We’ve been with Matt for some years, and he’s the most patient, understanding, super bright personality realtor I’ve ever had. It literally took us 2.5 years to find a home that was for us and he was with us the ENTIRE step of the way. When things weren’t right he let it be known without hesitation. He went over and beyond for us and I couldn’t thank him any more. In short he’s a super awesome realtor and you’ll be super pleased with his services I stand by that!!

Matt is awesome! He stuck by us for 2 years until we closed on a home. Matt was God-sent. We really appreciate the hard work and dedication we’ve gotten from him. He’s very nice, helpful, and there were no questions unanswered. If he didn’t know the answer, he would find out for you. He was there for us through the whole process. He also had a rental truck available for us with a refundable deposit. He has a great personality, positive attitude, is straight forward and has a great smile. I am definitely recommending him to everyone I know. We are just amazed how he helped my family. Thank you Matt Ferrell.

As a military family, moving from overseas is not for the faint of heart, but we had a stress free experience with Pixel Properties and Sara Thorpe. Communication was thorough and easy, despite time differences and she accommodated countless virtual tours for us, and provided accurate feedback so we could purchase a home without viewing it in person. We felt confident and supported by Pixel Properties and would highly recommend to any families in a similar situation.

My wife and I would like to personally thank our realtor Matthew Ferrell for his kindness, guidance, and patience with helping us find our home. We’ve been looking for a home since 2022 and didn’t catch a break until late 2024 when we were fortunate enough to meet Matt. We walked through numerous homes until we found our dream home. I literally would send Matt 30 houses at a time at ANY TIME OF THE DAY! that’s why I mentioned above how kind and patient he was with us lol. Being that we’re first time homeowners he gave us the tools and knowledge to know what exactly we needed and had to do to make our dream home a reality.
