To start, let me say that I “never” write reviews. I’m so so busy that when I have any free time, writing a review is not on my list of things to do. However, I was so pleased with Kristin’s work in selling my house that I needed to let the world know. By the way, I initially spoke to 5 other agents – sadly, they all seemed to have a naysay attitude about the prospects of the house selling, in terms of both timing and my asking price. On the other hand, Kristin had an energetic, optimistic outlook on my timing and price prospects and guess what? She was spot on! Had I hired any of the other agents it would have cost me big bucks! Her recommendations and strategies all led to a high number of showings and ultimately, a buyer at near my asking price in a short period of time. She even informed me that I could probably sell the property for a higher price if I held out a little longer. In doing so, she literally placed my interest above her own. I realize that is what agents are supposed to do, but I doubt many agents would recommend bypassing a sure sale (and a quick commission) in order to meet my original price goal. I could write about Kristin for another hour or two, but you get the point. And her skills go far beyond demeanor, advice and strategies. She handled the entire process seamlessly, including negotiations, inspection, staging, etc. No issues arose whatsoever.
