We had a wonderful experience working with William. He first helped us explore the option of purchasing land, showing great professionalism and guiding us through what can be a complicated process. When that didn’t work out, we shifted to looking at fixer-uppers. William dedicated so much of his time, even bringing in contractors to provide detailed repair estimates so we could make an informed decision. Ultimately, when that path wasn’t the right fit either, he helped us find and purchase the home we now own.
We are so grateful for his patience, dedication, and expertise throughout the entire journey. Thank you, William, for all your help—we would highly recommend you to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Will Hamburg did an excellent job of selling our home in Sedona. Will is friendly, professional and hard working. He is very knowledgeable of the entire area. Will used a variety of marketing tools to promote our property as well holding multiple open house events. The end result was getting our home sold in less than 6 weeks. Will is knowledgeable, professional and a responsive realtor. Even when he was in Switzerland he would respond quickly. He also guided us well and was understanding when we canceled our first contract and then ended up buying another house. We are so happy to have chosen Will as our realtor and would highly recommend his expertise!
