About us
I'm an investor & investor-friendly agent who specializes in helping first-time investors with single-family and multi-family rentals in the Hampton Roads market. Starting as a professional contractor since 2004, I began flipping houses in 2011. I obtained my real estate license in 2015 to help with my investment goals, and since then I have helped many others buy and sell homes in the Hampton Roads area. I have flipped over 20 houses, and own real estate rentals as well. I combine experience as a Class A General Contractor, house flipper, Property Manager, and real estate agent. I have been involved with real estate transactions in Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Suffolk, and Hampton. A Virginia Beach resident since 2003, I am very familiar with this area and this market.

Absolutely fantastic! Chris and Jen are a great team and so helpful with everything from communications to repairs. The rental was well-upkept and my application process was simple and clear. I cannot recommend this team enough! I will be keeping them in mind for future home purchases and rental opportunities.

As a first time long distance real estate investor, I interacted with many different realtors, some pretty good and others not so much. It was apparent from early on, though, that Chris was head and shoulders above the rest. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, insightful and thorough throughout the entire process. He made the purchase of my first property a smooth and painless experience. I couldn't recommend him highly enough!

Chris was wonderful to work with! He was on top of every detail and was very easy to communicate with. Chris was on point in reading the market, pricing our house for a timely sale, negotiating with potential buyers and their agents, and assisting with contractors and repairs. He got us more for our house than we dared imagine! Chris loves what he does, and it shows in his knowledge and enthusiasm.

Chris was an amazing agent. He advised and helped us prepare our home for listing. Once we listed, we immediately had 7 offers and sold the home in one week to an offer significantly above our asking price. He goes above and beyond for his clients. We could not have asked for a better agent for our particular needs.

I have known Chris for over 20 years and could not speak more highly first of all to his integrity and desire to genuinely serve his clients. I bought my first 3 investment residential multifamily properties through Chris prior to shifting to self storage full time. Chris has his own rentals and does flips and property management and I have partnered with him on 2 flips in the past as well. He is extremely knowledgeable about real estate and would be a great person to add to your team especially if you are just getting started or out of state and trying to get an education as well as an agent. Chris has a great eye when it comes to inspecting properties and since he does his own flips can help accurately estimate time and effort to repair properties.
