Working with Justin was an absolute pleasure. His knowledge of the Scottsdale luxury market is unmatched, and his professionalism made the entire process seamless. CAUTION!! By far the worst experience we have ever had. Justin and his partner Nicole do not know what they are doing!
I would strongly caution anyone considering working with them. Our experience has been nothing short of frustrating, not only did they not produce what they were selling, there were multiple charges never discussed with us (which per the contract they were supposed to be), billing issues, and zero communication/follow through. When seeking clarification and transparency it was often met with excuses or ignored (for weeks) leaving it impossible to resolve even basic concerns.
What should have been a straightforward and professional experience turned into constant stress and unnecessary expenses. Save yourself time, money, and energy and look elsewhere for a competent professional who values honesty, transparency, and timely communication.

Justin was an amazing realtor. He was extremely professional and courteous. He made some simple but cost-effective suggestions to improve the home. He then followed through with overseeing the completion of each project as I lived out of state. The simple transformations were amazing. Our first open house we had multiple offers and we got it sold for over asking price. Thank you Justin!!

Justin helped me close on my first investment property in Arizona. Being an out-of-state investor with little experience in the Arizona market, the process seemed overwhelming. Justin listened to what I was looking for and after only looking at a few properties we were able to close on an amazing short term rental. He made the process seamless and because of his connections in the area we got the home before it even hit the MLS. Less than 30 days after Justin agreed to be my agent, we closed on the perfect property!!
Justin and Nicole did an amazing job! Minutes after telling Justin I found the house I wanted, he put a offer in.
Not only was he extremely responsive throughout the whole process, but also helped me win the home in a very competitive market.
Justin, also showed a lot of patience with helping explain the home buying process. I was a first time home buyer, and would recommend Justin!
