We were moving from Portland, OR to MI and a friend referred Mike Allen to us. From our very first communication he has been very prompt in returning calls, answering our questions and finding the answer if he didn’t know it on the spot. We flew in to look at houses and he was on it. He had set up showings for us based on information we gave him. As we looked he asked what we loved, liked and didn’t like…so he could narrow it down and not spend time on places that were a definite NO. I am very indecisive and he handled it like a champ. When my husband had to return to Portland, I stayed to keep looking. Mike picked me up everyday, always on time and we looked at houses till we found one. He helped us every step of the way and continues to help us even after we’ve moved in and are getting settled. Mike is professional, very knowledgeable, courteous, has a good sense of humor and overall a very nice person.

Can’t say enough good things about Michael Allen, he was extremely patient and understanding, even when I was being indecisive. Mike went above and beyond to help me sell a difficult property in a timely manner. He was consistently accessible to me, very knowledgeable, and really listened to my goals and concerns. He always took extra time to walk me through each step of the process and make sure I was comfortable. Most of all he was a great advocate for me, negotiating on my behalf and communicating with buyers’ agents. I highly recommend working with Mike whether you are looking to buy, sell, or both. I can't recommend Mike Allen highly enough. From start to finish, he was stellar. Mike sold my house and helped me find a new place with offers made and accepted in less than 24 hours. I always felt he was honest, professional, responsive, and he had my best interests at heart.
I felt a lot of trepidation going into the whole process, but Mike patiently explained every step along the way. He gave me a heads up whenever it was needed, and his guidance was invaluable.
Mike tells it like it is, and I really appreciated his honesty. Even after the sale, he looked out for me with recommendations that proved valuable. I can't recommend Mike highly enough. If you're looking to buy/and or sell, he won't disappoint.

We can’t say enough good things about Mike. He fought tooth and nail to be sure we would be able to buy our dream home. Mike met us where we were every step of the way. His easy going personality allowed him to ebb and flow along with us as we made up and changed our minds. He was kind and warm to us and became a member of our family during the home buying process. Mike was always dependable and resourceful, showing incredible tenacity to help us secure our home. Having him anywhere near our home buying team gave us so much comfort that we would end up in the right home. We are so grateful to Mike for helping us find the perfect place to raise our family.

As an out of state investor who never stepped foot in Michigan before buying a house in Detroit, Mike and his team made me feel extremely comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. He has an incredible knowledge of the local markets as well as general knowledge of necessary home repairs that made the virtual showings very informative and efficient. Additionally, Mike and his team continued to follow up after closing to ensure I had a smooth occupancy process. I highly recommend this team to anyone looking to purchase a house in area!

This was our second time using Mike as our realtor. We had a great experience using him when we bought our first home, it was a no brainer when it came to selling our old home and searching for our new one.
