One thing that I have learned is real estate here is a great investment. I own over 45 units in Cincinnati & Dayton Ohio. Ranging from LTR, STR and MTR. As a real estate investor myself since 2004, I've learned how to purchase and sell as beneficially as possible. I treat all my clients transactions as if they were my own, I'm able to also get my clients the best possible deal. Rob is hands down the BEST realtor I have had the pleasure to work with (and this is my 3rd purchase). His flexibility, honesty, and knowledge of real estate is unmeasurable when you are spending a nest egg on your future. Many will tell you what you want to hear or nothing at all just to earn a check. Rob knows property & points everything out when looking at properties to assisting with every question you may have. Rob was the best realtor I could have asked for! He made the entire process easy, stayed on top of every detail, and was always timely with his communication. His knowledge really stood out—during our walkthroughs he pointed out things that later came up on the inspection, which showed me how thorough and experienced he is.
He was also great to communicate with, always available to answer my questions, and quick to provide recommendations for other professionals I needed along the way. Rob’s professionalism, responsiveness, and expertise made me feel confident and supported throughout the whole transaction.
I couldn’t recommend him more to anyone looking to buy—whether it’s for an investment property or a personal home!

One evening I saw a For Sale sign at a house near my mom's retirement home and thought I'd just entertain calling and learning the price. I told him I was just checking and that I didn't have a lot of savings, but would love to live closer to my mom in the Cincy area. Rob worked with me a long time to find the right home that met my budget and wishes. I never thought I would be able to buy a home in today's economy, but I did and it's a really nice house too! We looked at lots of houses and he was always patient and honest if he thought it was worth it or not. When it came time to make an offer, he helped get the price in the right spot and was on top of the seller to complete any requests before closing. He also gave me so many insights and tips as a first-home buyer/owner that are invaluable. If you're looking for a home, definitely see what he can do for you, you'll be happily surprised I think!

Rob was a godsend for my most recent real estate purchase. I am an out-of-state investor and he took care of all my needs including negotiation strategy, support with scoping immediate and future rehab needs, working out a tough loan product, getting connected with a lender, and helping to rework a deal several times based on my own constraints and lender’s surprises.
He was always quick to respond and never missed a deadline despite having a busy schedule. He is great at communicating/connecting everyone across different parties and is also very personable. He provides great insight due to his experience in not only real estate but also construction/renovation and property management. He made the real estate purchase process as smooth as possible for both myself and the sellers and I am very thankful to have him on my team.
