Our agent was Chase Fetterley - she was knowledgeable, friendly, quick to respond, and willing to drive across the state to help us when we ended up near Detroit instead of Grand Rapids. Many offers fell through (due to our situation and those of the sellers - not Chase's fault!) and she patiently stuck with us over a period of 9 months. The agency as a whole was very informative - they send lots of info once you get started. We didn't need much of this as we have bought homes several times in the past, but for a first-time buyer it would be really helpful. Fantastic agent & agency.

We had such a wonderful experience working with Anna Perkey! She was extremely knowledgeable and truly determined to help us find our first home that checked all our boxes. From start to finish, she guided us with patience, care, and professionalism. She constantly checked in to make sure we felt informed and comfortable throughout the entire process. We always felt like she had our best interests at heart, and thanks to her hard work, we found our perfect first home. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated and trustworthy realtor!

The Smallegan Real Estate Team provided a great experience during the purchase of our home in Michigan. Bailey Budnik was referred to us by a family member. Bailey was awesome being our “eyes and ears” during our search for the perfect home from out of state. When we did come into town, he had everything lined up to maximize our time spent in the search. He held nothing back with making calls, recording video walk throughs, and answering all our questions.
Once we did select a home, Devon Hamelink jumped in, providing information and support throughout the process.
We couldn’t be happier with their service, and would be happy to refer this awesome team to anyone in the market in the Grand Rapids area.

We worked with Bailey Budnik and couldn't have been happier that we did. Bailey was outstanding. His deep market knowledge was evident, but what truly set Bailey apart was his commitment to finding our perfect home. He patiently listened to our needs and wants, never pressuring us but also taking committed time make sure we got the best understanding of a property we were viewing. We had a great experience working with Jim, and I have high expectations being a licensed agent in a different state! He was incredibly knowledgeable, communicative, and proactive throughout the entire home buying process. He really understood the different neighborhoods we explored and offered valuable insights on each property - especially helpful since we are new to West Michigan. Bailey Budnik is the best in the biz. I was fortunate enough to work with Bailey on buying my first house this last summer and I can't give him enough stars. I was a little skeptical given his age, until the first 30 seconds of my first viewing when I was barely in the door and he had his flashlight out; walking wires, checking leaks, informed me on age and quality of the HVAC systems. It really made me feel comfortable especially being a first time buyer. It's all things your dad and grandpa would make sure are working good and that's the last thing that crossed my mind in the early stages of the process. Bailey was also very flexible and very professional about being flexible. He never pressured or rushed anything. I remember going to a viewing east of Hastings and when we said good-bye's at 5:30pm he was off to Muskegon for a 7pm showing. That spoke volumes about him: young, ambitious, determined, outgoing, and very knowledgeable with everything. Devon was also really great to work with - when your email inbox is flooded with tasks and due dates, she was always sending comforting & reassuring messages, asking if she could help in any way. Although I didn't use her enough as I would've liked, it was still really nice knowing she was there if needed. Which she made clear from day 1. I know this is my first house, but I can promise Bailey & co. will sell and buy my next how ever many homes. 5 star people with 5 star service. Can't recommend Bailey enough!

Working with Marcus Love and Devon Hamelink at Smallegan Real Estate was an amazing experience!
Marcus was truly determined to help me and my family find the right home. He was always willing to schedule home tours at any time that worked with my schedule and showed incredible patience and understanding of what was important to us throughout the home-buying process. His positive attitude, knowledge, and strong negotiation skills helped us secure exactly what we wanted, and we were able to find our home in a very quick timeline.
Devon was also fantastic, super nice, extremely communicative, and made sure I had everything covered from the moment our offer was accepted all the way through closing.
Both Marcus and Devon went above and beyond to make this experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend them and the Smallegan Real Estate - Keller Williams team.

Working with Jake Feldman of Smallegan Real Estate – Keller Williams was outstanding! He’s professional, knowledgeable, and always available when you need him. Jake was punctual, great at negotiating, and his insight into homes and improvements was invaluable. On top of that, he has a fun, engaging personality and became a friend through the process. I’d work with him again in a heartbeat and highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home!
A special thank-you also to Devon, who handled the logistics after my offer was accepted. Her clear insights, timely reminders, and helpful links made getting ready for closing smooth and stress-free. She was an invaluable part of the team and made the final stretch of the process so much easier.
