I had a buyer consultation with Joni Stiling and it was such a great experience. She really took the time to explain the whole home buying process and made everything easy to understand. Joni listened to what I was looking for, asked helpful questions, and gave me great advice on what to expect in this market. I left the meeting feeling confident and excited to start the process. If you’re a buyer and want someone knowledgeable and approachable on your side, I’d definitely recommend Joni!

I absolutely loved working with Joni Stiling! I wasn’t sure if we would be able to get our forever home in Hastings but she made it happen. I was a first time home buyer and she made the process so easy! I recommend Joni to anyone who even thinks about buying or selling their home! Working with Jake Feldman of Smallegan Real Estate – Keller Williams was outstanding! He’s professional, knowledgeable, and always available when you need him. Jake was punctual, great at negotiating, and his insight into homes and improvements was invaluable. On top of that, he has a fun, engaging personality and became a friend through the process. I’d work with him again in a heartbeat and highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home!
A special thank-you also to Devon, who handled the logistics after my offer was accepted. Her clear insights, timely reminders, and helpful links made getting ready for closing smooth and stress-free. She was an invaluable part of the team and made the final stretch of the process so much easier.
