Investment properties are $700,000 in this market. I am consistently a Top 10 agent in my brokerage of over 200 realtors. When I began my career, I won Rookie of the Year for the most volume I closed, and my career since then has remained on the same path. For the year 2022, I was #1 for Number of Closed Transactions and #1 Highest Gross Commission Income as a solo agent in my brokerage. I’m a real estate investor as well as Realtor. I have invested in real estate (both in CA and out of state) in various formats including long term buy and holds, BRRRRs, short term rentals, and fix and flips across single family, multi-family, condos & townhomes. Before my real estate career, I was a former Founder and CEO of a specialty food brand that I built, managed and eventually sold to a private equity group. I bring those same unique skills, organization, and strategies to my clients and my investing portfolio. I was born and raised in California and have resided in LA for 12 years. Being from California, I have seen first-hand the power of real estate to build generational wealth, which I drive home with my clients and help them buy and sell strategically to maximize their ROI. I have a business degree from UC Berkeley and dual citizenship with Italy. I’ve been married for 12 years and have an 8-year old son and 5-year-old daughter. For fun I spend time with my family, cook, seek out exceptional food, travel as much as possible, and find time to relax in my Palm Springs STR when possible! Lastly, I am an avid BiggerPockets member: listening to the podcast, reading numerous published books, and utilizing the deal analysis calculators often. Michelle is an absolute dream agent! She helped coordinate with us as cobuyers, both local and remote from Texas, and answered all questions that we had throughout the process. She is knowledgeable, friendly, fun and exceptional at what she does. She builds great relationships with list agents and keeps everything organized with the transaction, loan and escrow officers. She has endless connections for any other questions or needs that we had. She is responsive, kind and truly a joy to be with, even in the stressful situation of home buying in this crazy market. We went into escrow twice and she helped us walk away from the one that just wasn't right for us. Short Story. We had been told by a previous agent that it wasn't even worth it to look at houses as fist time buyers in the LA market. She said get back in touch in the next year. We were incredibly discouraged... and then my wife got a referral to Michelle.
We met Michelle on Monday, looked at two houses on Thursday, put in an offer that same day, and got accepted the following Monday.
Michelle is an actual wizard. She made sure we were aware of what we were getting in to and kept us apprised of all of the details. She has a great system of making sure everyone is on the same page and provided us with TONS of advice and references. Every time we had a question or concern, we would get an email from her preemptively explaining what was going on as if she already knew.
I honestly can't recommend her enough. If we hadn't met her, we wouldn't have bought our first home. Fact.

Michelle Crochet provided outstanding service in every aspect of our transaction. First, she was our eyes on the ground in LA, as we were shopping for a home virtually from Florida. She readily understood our needs and preferences and provided us several viable candidates.
Michelle’s negotiation skills and knowledge of the white-hot LA market helped us develop a reasonable and ultimately successful offer on a property ideal for our needs. Michelle also helped us negotiate some concessions from the seller in light of inspection findings.
We approached buying a home from nearly 3,000 miles away with some trepidation. Michelle’s expertise, clear and regular communication, and tireless commitment to working on our behalf eased our concerns and led to a successful and satisfying home purchase.

Michelle Crochet was our agent for a house we were purchasing in Burbank as a 1031 exchange. She knew were were on a 45 day timeline due to the 1031 rules and was on top of everything at all times. Once our offer was accepted, we had a 10 day closing, and things moved fast but smoothly.
She explained and answered all our questions quite often before we even asked the questions.
She is very knowledgeable about all aspects of her profession. She even wrote up an offer when she was on vacation out of state. She was ALWAYS accessible to us whenever we needed her. That’s dedication!
When the escrow company had made an error the day before closing, I emailed her that evening and she had the problem fixed in less than 10 minutes.
Would highly recommend Michelle if you a looking for a great agent who will find the perfect house for your needs.
