Zach and Sharon were absolutely amazing to work with. They made buying a home run very smoothly. They were very quick to respond to any questions we had ( and we had a lot of questions ) we live in Oregon and they are based out of Arizona, but a family friend referred us to them and we are so grateful for that. Even being in another state this couldn’t have gone better. I highly recommend working with Wain Capital when purchasing your home 😊

I have worked with Zach and Sharon on my client's home purchases, refinances, and now on a personal home, and they truly make things easy and stress-free. I have received nothing but positive feedback from clients, and I can say that they made our home purchase a breeze. From start to finish, we were only working with Sharon and Zach, which really has made deals so much smoother. I have had so many complaints in the past with lenders who had too many contacts to work with, and my clients and I had no idea who we were to reach out to. We compared rates with three different brokers during our househunt process. Zach and the Wain Capital team were not only the most communicative and accommodating, but they also provided the best rates (by 0.5%!).
When our builder was lagging behind schedule, Taryn was in contact directly with the builder looking for updates. So when the builder finally gave us a closing date, only eight business days away, Wain Capital had everything ready for us without any hassle on our end.
We could not have asked for anything more. Highly recommend.

As a successful investment-specialized real estate agent, I have worked with MANY mortgage brokers and lenders. I wish I found Wain Capital many years ago, as my clients would have saved a ton of money and heartache. I cannot say enough positive things about wain capital. Truly. First off, when we were first getting our mortgage details together, the interest rates were shifting considerably. I never would have thought to do it, but Zach locked us in (at no extra cost) at a much better rate than we would've otherwise gotten had he not been on top of it. That alone saved us thousands of dollars per year. Everyone at Wain Capital are so genuinely kind and considerate. They took every one of my calls, answered all of our questions, and made the complex mortgage process painless. You can just tell that they care and that they have integrity, which I think is absolutely something to be celebrated. They have absolutely earned our future business as well as every referral we can send their way.
