Chris and the team were fantastic in helping us find our first home. They were accommodating, helpful, and extremely patient with us. Even in periods where we were less active with looking for houses, Chris would check in and give us updates on the market. When we finally got a place, Chris and his team were with us through each step. They kept informed, sent reminders, and made this process feel easy and stress-free. Thank you!!!

Warren McEnulty and his team did a great job selling my property. The house sold for right at full list price and much faster than other homes in the neighborhood. Warren and Claire were always responsive to my questions, and the whole process went smoothly from start to finish. I really appreciated their expertise!

Warren is truly one in a million. From the start, he’s been honest, patient, and incredibly supportive. He answered every question I had (and there were a lot!), always responded in a timely manner, and never made me feel like a burden.
Even if you’re just starting out and don’t know the first thing about buying a home, Warren will guide you step by step and make the entire process feel manageable and even exciting. He makes you feel heard, cared for, and most importantly confident.
If you’re looking for someone with integrity who genuinely cares about helping people, I highly recommend Warren McEnulty. You’ll be in great hands.

My parents and I worked with Chris and Nimai to purchase my first home. They were both great throughout the process! They're friendly, kept us updated on each step, helped with communication with the builder, and answered any questions we had. They are also knowledgeable and give helpful advice on what to look for in the walk-through. Chris also attended and helped identify things that needed to be fixed. They will also continue to provide support after move-in. Thank you both! Highly recommend!

Even after we put the offer in, she followed up every step of the way, providing valuable insight from her inspection background. I am so grateful for Wendy and Claire at Papasan Properties Group. They and the team of people they work with made me feel supported and cared for during a challenging out-of-state home sale. It seemed like they were always available to answer any of my questions and they handled each step with clear communication, efficiency and professionalism. It was especially important for me to work with someone I could trust since I wasn't able to be there in person. I felt immediately that I and my house were in good hands and they proved that again and again. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Kael was incredibly knowledgeable and hardworking throughout the entire home-buying process. From day one, he made everything quick and painless, thanks not only to his expertise but also to the amazing team at his company and his network of trusted professionals—from contractors to home inspectors.
He was always available to answer my questions and address any concerns, no matter how big or small. We did viewings from Austin all the way to Buda and beyond, and Kael consistently put together the best offers and submitted them promptly. My criteria for a home changed several times along the way, but he never once complained. Instead, he supported my decisions fully and helped me stay focused on what mattered most to me.
You won't find a more hardworking, knowledgeable, or well-connected agent than Kael. He also introduced us to a fantastic lender, Marsha, and his coordinator and assistant, Nimai, who was incredibly supportive every step of the way. I'm deeply grateful to all of them for making this journey so smooth and successful.

I entered into a purchase agreement based on Wendy's and Derek's recommendation of a home in Austin. Yes, I was a fool because when I arrived from Oklahoma, I found a house that was built by unskilled labor. Windows would not latch, trim pieces had never been finished out, plumbing was not to code, best of all - the house was very close to train tracks. The house had been empty for 6 months. A local plumber - lovely gentleman - informed me that the pipes had frozen because the house was not winterized. No telling what kind of mess would have been encountered if the water had been turned on. Derek was sorry I did not like the house. It was so bad that my dog wouldn't go near it.
