We also offer Non-Recourse lending options for Self-directed IRA's/401K investors. Bridge Loans & Fix and Flips Loans up to $5M DSCR LTV's up to 85% for purchase/rate term and 80% for cash-out in select states DSCR loan amounts up to $3.5M Portfolio/Blanket loans available on both our DSCR and Bridge programs Fix and Flip Financing for experienced borrowers with a 720+ FICO score is eligible for 90% of purchase price and 100% of rehab costs up to a max of 75% of the after repair value.
