About us
I've been investing in real estate in Central Ohio since 2006, when I purchased my first duplex on Ohio State campus. Since then, I've worked as a CPA and real estate investor. I work in a brokerage that is investor friendly, where I primarily assist clients in finding, evaluating and purchasing investments in Ohio. I also assist in tax planning and strategy for real estate clients.

I am an out of state investor. Jonathan helped me with the prospective purchase of a short term rental in Ohio. He understood what I was looking for as an investor, was honest and willing to negotiate with the seller on my behalf. Jonathan helped me understand why one property would work out better as a short term rental versus another. He is very knowledgeable of the Ohio area. Honest, attentive and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him!

I am an out of state investor based in San Francisco. Jonathan was immensely helpful in coordinating and managing the purchase process and negotiations for a BRRRR opportunity. He's patient, thorough, communicative, and clearly well experienced. I strongly recommend working with him!

Jon is a beast! He is always on top of the process and keeping me informed with what was coming next. Once we were under contract he was always quick to keep information flowing and the ball rolling. Not to mention his connections in the industry allow me to get under contractor for 20k less then other offers. If you need somebody in the Columbus area who knows there stuff. Jon is the man!
